Who can enter?

Anyone who has received a diagnosis of ADHD and is aged 18 years or over.

Amateur or professional…it does not matter

Art creation is a matter of confidence and application – you may like to consider drawing a picture of yourself in your daily life, an abstract painting of your thoughts or a photograph which represents how you see your condition. All art creation is a form of day-dreaming and all of us can day-dream. What is more, art creation is very therapeutic and liberating as it encourages creative imagination and there is something at the end to show for it!

What to enter?

There are four art categories for submission, depending on the art medium you would like to use:
Drawing (pencil / charcoal); Painting (watercolour / oil / acrylic); Photography; Other (Any type of art will be accepted as long as it is flat and adheres to the size requirement of no more than 17” by 26”).

Each art entry must also be accompanied by a short narrative (no more than 200 words) that explains how and why your artwork is a reflection of life with ADHD.
