How to enter?

Entering the competition is easy, simply follow these four steps:

Fill out the registration form to let us know you are intending to enter the
Picture My Life With ADHD Art Competition.

• Create your artwork and narrative
• Complete the entry form (that you will receive after registering).
• Mail your artwork and entry form to the Art Competition Secretariat so that it arrives before
  Friday 13th November 2009. See postage guidelines and address in the Terms & Conditions.

The Art Competition Secretariat will confirm receiving your package within 10 business days of receipt.
