Rules and Regulations
Please read the Rule and Regulations carefully; please contact Sarah Stanmore at Tonic Life Communications for further clarification of any of the points below:

I am 18 years old or above.
I have been diagnosed with and currently have ADHD.
I am a UK resident.
The artwork I am submitting is an original of which I am the sole owner.
By entering this competition I agree to my artwork being displayed at the art exhibition and/or at a later date.
I understand that there is no obligation for me to participate in any publicity associated with the competition, but that my artwork may be displayed anonymously and used anonymously at a later date.
I understand that in my entry (via tha narrative or elsewhere) I am not allowed to make reference to any specific treatment or any specific person (including healthcare professionals).
I agree to my first name, region of residence, title of my artwork and any description I provide on the submission form being displayed at the art exhibition, together with my entry and in any later reproductions of my art.
If I change my mind regarding my first name, region of residence and title of my artwork, being displayed with my artwork, either at the exhibition or at a later date, I will notify the Art Competition Secretariat; again by writing, to the address given below. (This will not affect entry to the competition).
